Our Programs

WinTECH was created in response to a clear and urgent reality. Across the world, less than 3 percent of Black women occupy tech roles. Women earn significantly less than their peers in similar positions. Only a fraction of leadership opportunities and venture funding is accessible to them. Many immigrant women with tech backgrounds are pushed into survival jobs far below their skills. These gaps are real, and they continue to affect the lives, confidence, and economic stability of women and young girls.
We established WinTECH to change this narrative. We saw the challenges, but we also saw the opportunity for bold women ready to rise. WinTECH was built to provide skills, mentorship, mental health support, entrepreneurship pathways, leadership development, and community connections that help women and girls step into their full potential.
Research shows that when a woman is empowered, an entire family rises. When a Black woman wins, the community wins. At WinTECH, our purpose is to ensure women and girls have the tools, network, and support they need to grow, thrive, and create generational impact.
